We were quite impressed with everything Pet Stop provided, from the initial quote and explanation of the product, to the installation of the fence, to the training of our dogs. We appreciated too that Pet Stop did what they said they would do, and when they said they would do it. Seems customer service has gone by the wayside with many companies these days but not so with Pet Stop - excellent!

Fantastic customer service. What a change in the last year or so. Friendly staff who is there when they say they will be. They do what they promise and go out of their way to keep my fur babies safe. If you are using any other pet fence, you are doing yourself a disservice. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

we have used our fence for about 17 years through several dogs. we now have a 3 year old dog who has started running through the fence almost daily. We made numerous trips to the office to get the settings set up higher and higher. We were so frustrated, we finally just tied the dog and kept him in the house most of the time.....he was so sad, and so were we. three acres in invisible fence, a nice doggie door, and our dog had to be tied out. Then Jeff came out......said there were 3 more settings for dogs like ours....was so helpful. Now our dog is staying in the fence again......Jeff was helpful, informative, and so encouraging !

I have had the Invisable fence system input by the company for 4 years now. I have never had any problem with it at all. Every time I have had to call to get a battery for my dogs collar, I have talked to someone that knows my name and remembers me. They ask me if I’m having any issues, etc. I highly recommend this company.
